The Shop at AGH ships anywhere in Canada and the United States only at this time. If you are inquiring from another country please email us at onlineshop@artgalleryofhamilton.com

Please read carefully as changes have been made while the Art Gallery of Hamilton is closed due to COVID. 

Holiday sale cards and décor are FINAL, no returns

Purchases are shipped out twice a week. Curbside Pick up is Thursday 12:00-4:00 P.M. (Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be delays). Should you require a rush delivery please contact the shop to see if arrangements can be made. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund and within 30 days for a credit note with receipt. Please contact customer service at the Shop at AGH by email: onlineshop@artgalleryofhamilton.com or call 905-527-6610 Ext. 244. Return authorization is required. Returns may be offered online or in store. 

Please note that some items are not eligible for a return:

  • Masks
  • Earrings
  • Original Artwork
  • Tea
  • Soaps or Bath Salts
  • Final Sale Merchandise

Merchandise for refund or exchange must be in original condition unless received defective or damaged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please have your original receipt at the time of return or exchange. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
