Collection: Graham Catieni

Graham Cantieni, originally from Australia, has become a notable figure in the art world as a sculptor and painter. He moved to Canada in 1968 and in 1987, he completed his Master of Art History at Concordia University. Following this, he began an influential teaching career at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. His works are celebrated for their emphasis on spatial ambiguity, a theme that has been a constant throughout his prolific career. This distinct approach has been showcased in over 50 solo exhibitions worldwide. His works are held in the collections of the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal and the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec.
