Collection: Stephen Snake

Ojibwe artist, Stephen Snake was born in 1966 on the Chippewas of Rama reserve near Orillia, Ontario. His first exhibition was in 1989 at the Woodland Cultural Centre in Brantford, Ontario. Snake’s work is held in many private and public collections around the world including the Art Gallery of Hamilton.

These works were generously donated by Judy Winberg and Andy Pollock to raise funds for Education and Programming activities at the Art Gallery of Hamilton.
